Please carefully read these terms and conditions before opting into Delphinus SMS Marketing and WhatsApp notifications. For purposes of these SMS Marketing and WhatsApp Terms, “Delphinus”, “the Company”, “We”, “our” or “us” shall mean Delphinus and any subsidiaries, divisions or affiliates.

By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and opting into Delphinus SMS Marketing and WhatsApp notifications, you expressly consent to receive promotional and informational text messages and WhatsApp notifications at that phone number, including but not limited to order confirmations; appointment reminders for dolphin interactions, park entrances and transportation services from Delphinus. Please note we may not be able to deliver messages to all mobile carriers. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing and agree that all text messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency may vary.
2. Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages and WhatsApp notifications from Delphinus at any time. To opt out of SMS messages, reply "STOP" to any message you receive. To opt out of WhatsApp notifications, reply "STOP" to the WhatsApp message or contact our customer support at [Customer Support Contact] for assistance. You may receive additional communications confirming that your request has been received and processed, and you may continue to receive text messages for a short period while Delphinus processes your request(s). You understand and agree that the foregoing options are the only reasonable methods of opting out. You also understand and agree that any other method of opting out, including, but not limited to, texting words other than those set forth above or verbally requesting one of our employees to remove you from our list, is not a reasonable means of opting out.
3. Message and Data Rates May Apply
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to any SMS messages and WhatsApp notifications you receive from Delphinus. Please check with your carrier for details regarding your specific plan.
4. Privacy and Security
Delphinus is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. We will only use information you provide through our web site to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you, if necessary. This includes, but it is not limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages. 5. Eligibility

9. Miscellaneous

If you change, forfeit, or deactivate the phone number you have provided to Delphinus, you agree to notify us immediately. Failure to do so constitutes a material breach of these SMS Terms and Delphinus Terms of Use. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Cancun, Mexico, and any disputes arising under or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cancun, Mexico.
By opting in to Delphinus SMS Marketing and WhatsApp notifications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not participate in our SMS Marketing and WhatsApp program.
