Pursuant to articles 15 and 16 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals (hereinafter the "Law") and other applicable provisions, we hereby inform you that Operadora Xuna, S.A. de C.V., with commercial name Delphinus Nado con delfines (hereinafter and indistinctly "Operadora Xuna", "Delphinus" or the "Responsible") with registered office at Avenida Nader Manzana 1, Lote 28 Cancún, Benito Juárez, Quintana Roo, México C.P. 77500, is responsible for collecting your personal data, as well as for its protection and use.
At Operadora Xuna, one of our priorities is to respect the privacy of its users and to keep the information and personal data we collect secure.
This Privacy Notice always contemplates the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility in the processing of personal data.
PERSONAL DATA.
For the development of the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, we need to obtain the following personal data: full name, gender, phone number, email address, physical address, tax ID (RFC) and/or CURP (for billing purposes, when applicable), credit or debit card information and signature (in bank vouchers, when applicable).
SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA.
Pursuant to article 9 of the Law, in the case of sensitive personal data, Operadora Xuna will be obliged to obtain the express written consent of the owner, through his autograph signature, electronic signature or any authentication mechanism established for such purpose. Operadora Xuna does not request sensitive personal data.
USE OF INFORMATION.
The personal information collected will only be used for the following purposes: to provide and/or contract the services and products related to human-dolphin friendly interaction that you have requested through our websites, our call center or our ticket offices.
This information will be used to notify you in the future about new services or products that are related to those already contracted or acquired; to inform you about changes in the same; to elaborate studies and programs that are necessary to determine consumption habits; to carry out periodic evaluations of our products and services in order to improve their quality; to evaluate the quality of the service we provide, and in general, to comply with the obligations we have contracted with you.

Operadora Xuna only sends information to webhosting companies with whom it maintains current legal relationship in order to maintain, update and manage its web sites, through which it informs its users about activities, promotions and events.
