How to get to Delphinus Xel-Há?

This habitat is located within Xel-Há Park. You can get there by car; for a more convenient drive, search for this address: 240 módulo B, Chetumal, Puerto Juárez, 77780 Tulum, Q.R. Free transportation when you book a Dolphinclusive or Dolphin Tour package.

What are the steps to book at Delphinus Xel-há?

Explore the different dolphin swim options we have for you and select the one that best suits you.
A pop-up window will appear where you’ll need to select the desired date and location, then click on Book again.
Verify that the date is correct, select the desired time and the number of people accompanying you, then click on Continue.
A form will appear for you to fill out with your information.
Finally, complete the payment.

Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details. That’s it! Your dolphin swim adventure awaits.

Is swimming with dolphins included in Xel-Há packages?

Park admission is not included. This swim is only valid if you have already purchased tickets to the park.

The only swim package that includes park admission is the Xel-Há Dolphinclusive.

What are the age requirements?

Swimming with dolphins is an experience that can be enjoyed at any age, as we have various swimming programs for everyone. If children are under 8 years old, they must be accompanied by an adult (both must purchase a ticket). For seniors, our staff is trained to assist them at all times to ensure the experience is unforgettable.

Enjoy an exclusive dolphin swim at Xel-Há, one of the most impressive natural attractions of the Riviera Maya. Located 30 min from Playa del Carmen, 20 min from Tulum's ruins and 80 min from Cancun's International Airport.

Before you get there

Be sure to make your reservation ahead of time. You can get your tickets online and find exclusive deals and discounts, just pick the date and time of the package you want to book. Please be aware that swim with dolphins packages do not include tickets to Xel-Há Ecological Park. To access, you must buy the ticket separately.

To make the most of your stay in Xel-Há, we suggest at least 5 to 6 hour visit to enjoy the dolphin experience program and get to know the local tourist attractions.

What other tourist attractions are there in Xel-Há?

Xel-Há is a favorite spot to snorkel, see fish, cruise the river on an inflatable inner tube, visit the mangroves, as well as the lighthouse and the Cliff of Courage.
