Delphinus Trek

Arrive 30 minutes before your activity.
Upon arrival, it is mandatory to show: Reservation confirmation on your cell phone or printed, the debit/credit card used for the purchase, and a photo ID of the reservation holder. If the reservation was paid for by someone else, you must also show the ID of the person who made the payment.
People not participating in the activity may stay in designated areas. For safety reasons, these areas are separated from the wet areas.

Delphinus Trek:

Not available for children under 8 years old, pregnant women, people with heart conditions, lung conditions, asthma, ear diseases, or recent surgeries.
It is important to note that upon arrival at the location, minors will be assessed to ensure they meet the minimum height and shoulder width requirements. The age recommendation for children is based on the size and weight of the equipment.

For safety reasons and to avoid distracting the dolphins, visitors, and keepers, access with cameras, cell phones, or any audiovisual equipment is not allowed in the wet areas.
