- Xel-Há, Xcaret, Xenses and Xplor - no extra cost with all-inclusive packages

Important information about the shuttle service
The law establishes that the shuttle will take you from the hotel or meeting point to the locations and back. Under no circumstances will the shuttle stop at a destination other than the one agreed upon in the reservation.
- If you don’t want to take the return trip, you will have to sign it out.
- Avoid bringing any unnecessary objects, as shuttles do not have a luggage compartment.
- If you carry a stroller or wheelchair, please let us know when booking your ride.
- No smoking or drinking is allowed inside the van.
- Tips are welcome, but only if you consider you had received and extraordinary service..
- Transportation services are not exclusive.
- You must be there 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- If your package has transportation and you are not going to use it, please let us know in advance so that the transportation is not scheduled.
- If you booked only the swimming program without tickets to Xcaret or Xel-Há parks, we will be unable to provide transportation. We suggest buying a package that includes both the dolphin experience and the park of your choice.
