• Tips to make the most of your visit to the Xel-Há water park

Start early so you can enjoy each of the activities and make the most of your visit. The park opens at 8:30 and closes at 6:00 so there is no excuse to enjoy all its attractions.

Choose light clothing that allows good mobility so you can enjoy all the activities inside the water park, the necessary equipment such as a water vest and snorkel are included with your ticket.

Use only ecological sunscreen since not all are accepted inside the park. If you can't get it, inside Xel-Há they will provide you with the right one.

Don't worry about food, with your ticket you can enjoy unlimited food and drinks to recharge your batteries and go through each of the attractions without any problem.

Stay hydrated! You can get water at various points in the water park as it has drinking fountains distributed throughout its facilities so you don't have to go to the food area to refresh yourself whenever you need it.
